SOMO Seniors Soccer is open to all Registered SOMO athletes in high school and older. Our MSI / TOPSoccer Program is developing a High School League this year, but details are still in development. If you have participated in Seniors Soccer in the past, plan to participate in this program. If you are unsure, please email Pam Yerg with questions: jeyclan@verizon.net
The soccer season will begin on Saturday August 25th
At Dewey Local Park (Wheaton)
(just before you come to Viers Mill Rd.)
This is a very nice little park with playground and many tennis courts, so bring the family for play days as you practice!

Players may also be assessed as being best suited to the ISC/skills team where we will focus on skill development and small-sided game play. Please plan to have at least 2 travel dates to League Play and we also plan to host a round robin of our own. Details TBA .Travel League is again scheduled to be located at Ft. Meade and those travel dates will be announced.
The Fall Fest (State Games) will be on Saturday October 27th at Mt. St. Marys College in Emmittsburg.
In order to be eligible to be considered for placement on a team or as an Individual Skills athlete for competition at the State Games Fall Fest, team members must
· Have an up to date medical and all contact information up to date
· Attend all practices
· Attend a minimum of 2 qualifiers ( traveling or home tournaments)
· Assessment and development of team rosters will be a SOMO Coach decision made based on the number of athletes participating and on the roster guidelines from the state office.
