Ice Cream social and Summer Games Pep Rally!

     The Knights of Columbus will host the annual Ice Cream Social Pep Rally on Wednesday May 28th at the Potomac Community Center from 6:30-8:00. The Ice Cream Social is a chance for the athletes and coaches who will be a part of the Summer Games Delegation to gather together and hear details about the Summer Games. The Ice Cream Social is open to all of our SOMO athletes. Please RSVP to the hotline 301-924-6965 box #6 so that we can plan the ice cream amounts!

Our Lady of Good Counsel High School

       Words cannot express our gratitude to Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart and to Our Lady of Good Counsel High School for their generous donation of their beautiful facilities to our training programs.

       Our quality programs would not be possible without the generosity of the staff and administration of these two fine schools. The Track and Field stadium at Good Counsel—our new training home and the host site for our Spring Games makes everyone in the state jealous! The Pool facility at Stone Ridge has made the continuation and growth of our swim team possible in these days of facility expense and scarcity. Thank you for this  kind and generous act!
