11/24/08 - Below is the link to the webpage for the application for the  Maryland State Park Access Pass that all persons with disabilities can apply for.  It costs nothing and gets the disabled person and one other into the Maryland State parks for free. 

This pass is important to have for all snowshoers and cross-country skiers when we go to New Germany Park to practice.
